Within the HRT Academy, we are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people about Heating and Refrigeration technologies.
You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals.

You will be located in Den Bosch.

  • Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements, for GEA internal employees as well as for Customers

  • Produce training schedules and classroom agenda

  • Determine course content, according to objectives, in relation to heating and refrigeration aspects (mechanical, electrical, automation, processes, safety, technologies, software tools and business / sales aspects) and including the definition of:

    Target groups (identification of the roles to which the training is addressed to) and prerequisites to access the training (what need to be known before to attend the training)<...
