Technical Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Trainer who has sound knowledge of the technology and a strong understanding of teaching techniques and fundamentals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating learning paths, designing technical training programs, conducting in-house training, and directly contributing to the career growth and development of numerous aspiring tech professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Providing in-depth training on technologies such as Java, React JS, MongoDB, MySQL, and a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
• Creating Learning Paths in collaboration with the Leadership team to develop comprehensive programs and courses.
• Playing a pivotal role in shaping the careers of thousands of freshers by providing them with the skills they need to secure their first job in the tech industry.
