  • Plan, design, and support infrastructure solutions in collaboration with the cloud managed service team, focusing on cloud infrastructure design and security architecture (data centers, AWS, Azure).
  • Translate client and product requirements into effective solutions, managing critical situations while ensuring all client needs are met, including solution design, proof of concept (PoC) verification, and traditional IT cloud solution design for public cloud projects.
  • Assist in project delivery by providing architectural guidance and delivering capabilities to the existing environment, from infrastructure through to systems and applications.
  • Provide technical support and advice, particularly at the operating system level.
  • Support the implementation of cloud solutions for various applications and define operational procedures for post-go-live cloud operations.
