Technical Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Collaborate closely with product leadership to ensure decisions align with achieving and maintaining product-market fit across one     or more squads.
•Support and enhancement of an established, multi-faceted technology platform, and associated 3rd party integrations.
•Coordinate with Technical Product Manager, Solutions Architects, other teams, and QA to deliver on business requirements
•Proactively identify challenges that impact scalability or business direction, communicate these effectively, and drive necessary adaptations to overcome them.
•Maintain composure during critical incidents or emergencies, providing clarity and direction amidst challenges.
