Job Description
The Team Lead is responsible for guiding a cross-functional team of software developers working on ALLPLAN’s reinforcement functionality (C++, partly Python, WPF). This role partners closely
with Product Management to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions aligned with
company goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, including recruitment, training, and
performance management.
Collaborate with product management, design, QA, and support to ensure product
requirements are met and customer issues are resolved.
Drive sprint planning, estimation, and team alignment to deliver on roadmap goals.
Maintain development standards through code reviews, automated testing, and process
improvements.
