Job Purpose :

 

As a Technical Supporter, you are primarily supporting Metro/Public Railway customers, responding to technical support requests of our customers based a target-oriented, quality and cost-conscious way of working.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as the primary technical contact to our local Metro/Public Railway customers field service, maintenance and technical operations contacts. Represent our company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its technical offerings.
  • Ensure close customer contact, arrange regular customer visits and communication.
  • Meet defined quality and customer satisfaction targets following company procedures and protocols.
