Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support to customers and internal stakeholders. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product guidance, and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide live phone and email support to customers and field representatives on product offerings, including equipment and e-catalog items

+ Assist customers with pricing, warranty information, and parts inquiries using internal systems such as SAP

+ Track and manage customer interactions, service requests, and issues using a ticketing system (ServiceNow)

+ Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide technical guidance related to products and services
