About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and technically capable Technical Support Triage & Maintenance Coordinator to lead multisite service scheduling and maintenance coordination within a radio communications environment.
Our company specializes in analog and digital two-way radio systems, IP radios, and dispatcher platforms. This role serves as the primary triage point for technical support requests while owning the creation and management of a structured preventive maintenance schedule covering 50+ sites per week.
The successful candidate will balance preventive maintenance commitments with corrective maintenance buffer capacity to ensure SLA compliance, operational continuity, and high customer satisfaction.
