When necessary, you will collaborate with the technical support teams at our suppliers to effectively address customer inquiries. You will take charge of tracking and managing customer technical inquiries, ensuring their resolution or closure.
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will manage the Italian-, Polish-, or Spanish-speaking countries, depending on the language you speak.
