Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in and promote core workplace programs, including, but not limited to, those relating to performance and professional development
Ensuring Assessments Customer Service and ISO Quality Management standards are achieved
Support Customer Service Manager and perform management duties when the Customer Service Manager is absent or out of the office
