Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in and promote core workplace programs, including, but not limited to, those relating to performance and professional development

  • Ensuring Assessments Customer Service and ISO Quality Management standards are achieved

  • Support Customer Service Manager and perform management duties when the Customer Service Manager is absent or out of the office
