KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bulk Deployment: Provision, asset-tag, and set up a high volume of MacBooks.
  • Physical Handover & Setup: Assist users with the initial login, ensuring FileVault, Wi-Fi, and essential apps (Email, Gmeet, Zoom) are functioning correctly.
  • Data Migration Support: Help users move essential files from their old machines to their new MacBooks (or cloud storage).
  • Rapid Documentation: Create a simple, 1-page Quick Start Guide specifically for our company's software suite on macOS.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any IT related course (Bachelors or Vocational).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
