We are looking for a
Technical Support Specialist
to provide high-quality support for a
Point of Sale (POS)
platform used in the hospitality/restaurant industry. This role focuses on ensuring stable operation of customer hardware and software environments by troubleshooting, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing POS applications, PC hardware, and network/communication links.

The ideal candidate is customer-first, technically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment. This is a
