Job Description

One of Stellar's exciting clients is searching for a Support Specialist to join their team for a long term contract opportunity. This position involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 support and effective resolution of IT‑related issues for over 1,000 employees.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal employees with technical issues involving Microsoft related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT‑related issues, with a strong understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and promptly addressing user inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team leads and other IT professionals to ensure efficient problem resolution.
