Technical Support Specialist

Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has an opening for a Technical Support Specialist to place at our client, a top Canadian Bank under the Personal & Business Banking portfolio.

Client: A Top Canadian Bank

LOB: Personal & Business Banking

Terms: 6-monthContract to start, subject to extensions (mutli-year)

Location: Hybrid 2+ days a week Downtown Toronto

Some Specific Functions of This Role:

  • Provide escalation point for service requests impacting customer accounts
  • Work closely with Production Support team to resolve incidents requiring investigation and analysis of account/transaction scenarios
  • Support on-call as needed
