Technical Support Specialist to support operational, business, and system-related initiatives within the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program (PRMP) and other healthcare-related projects. This role serves as a key liaison between business users, operational teams, technical resources, project stakeholders, and external vendors to drive successful system implementation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
