Job Description

Doofinder is seeking a Technical Support Agent in Madrid to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers using our search platform. You will engage via email, calls and 1:1 meetings, digging into logs and requests to reach root causes and ensure customers maximize the value of the tool.

Work closely with the Development team to escalate issues when needed, maintain strong customer relationships, and collect feedback to improve the product and support processes.
