This role is responsible for installing and maintaining computer systems, configuring devices and user accounts, supporting video conferencing and collaboration technologies, and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT operations. The specialist works closely with employees to resolve technical problems, deliver user training, document support activities, and escalate complex issues when needed, helping to maintain a secure and productive technology environment across the organization.
