Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with a background in payment software development. In this role, you will not be responsible for day-to-day coding, but will leverage your deep technical expertise to directly support global clients and partners by resolving their technical integration and operational issues. You will serve as a critical bridge between our clients' technical teams and our product, ensuring the stability and efficiency of payment systems. This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours to align with core European and American time zones.
