JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Education - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent

  • Related Work Experience - At least 2-3 years of experience in a Technical Support role

  • Experienced in supporting MS365

  • Must have administrative configuration experience with MS365 environments

  • Experienced with ticketing system using Jira

Knowledge – In‑depth Knowledge in the following:

  • Proficient in deploying Windows OS for desktop and laptop

  • Background in the managing Windows Services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Fileserver running in Windows Server

  • Knowledgeable in Windows powershell scripting

  • Knowledgeable in local area networking, wireless network, hybrid PBX and All‑in‑one printer setup

  • Knowledgeable in using open source technology
