Technical Support Specialist – Concentrix Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines
Concentrically support customers by providing technical assistance over the phone and through email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls.
- Provide follow-up to customers via outbound calls and emails.
- Resolve issues with basic troubleshooting.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customers leave satisfied.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Technical Support experience.
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn technology quickly.
