Technical Support Specialist – Concentrix Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines

Concentrically support customers by providing technical assistance over the phone and through email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls.
  • Provide follow-up to customers via outbound calls and emails.
  • Resolve issues with basic troubleshooting.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customers leave satisfied.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of Technical Support experience.
  • Solid computer skills and ability to learn technology quickly.
