Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Support users with logistics solutions platforms similar to CargoWise and Flexport, resolving technical issues via ticketing, chat, email, or phone using systems like Jira or Freshdesk.


– Assist with integrations (e.g., APIs, EDI) and optimize workflows for logistics platforms.


– Train users on logistics solutions platforms and create training materials.


– Collaborate with logistics and IT teams to ensure compliance and data accuracy.


– Communicate effectively with users, providing clear written and verbal support in English.


Qualifications:


– 2–3 years of experience supporting users of logistics solutions platforms similar to CargoWise (e.g., enterprise-level freight forwarding or supply chain systems) in a logistics or freight forwarding environment.
