We are a next-generation Cloud Desktop company delivering simple, secure, and affordable virtual computer labs and digital workspaces. We help Higher Education and Business customers work from any device, anywhere by providing a modern alternative to legacy VDI solutions like Citrix and VMware.

The Role

  • Format:
    100% Remote.
  • Schedule:
    Monday - Friday, starting at
    1:00 PM PST
    .
  • On-Call:
    Rotational on-duty shifts for critical escalations only.
  • Focus:
    First line of support via Zendesk.

Qualifications

  • Technical Background:
    Strong experience with Windows OS Administration and a basic understanding of RDP/Terminal servers.
  • Network Knowledge:
    Familiarity with core concepts (DNS, TCP/UDP, Ports).
  • Tooling:
    Experience with Zendesk (or similar) and native Windows troubleshooting tools is highly preferred.
