Japanese-speaking Technical Support Executive
to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and customer support to Japanese-speaking users through multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    technical support
    to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
    software, hardware, or application-related issues
  • Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
