Customer Support & Drone Tester

Are you great with customers and handy with tech?. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and speak Mandarin, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

Customer Care: Chatting with customers about repairs, warranty claims, and costs.

Hands-on Testing: Testing units (including take-off/landing safety tests) to make sure they work perfectly.

Admin: Logging repair notes and certifying that units are ready to go back to the customer.

What we need from you:

Language: Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.

Tech Savvy: Experience with electronics or tech repairs is a huge plus.

Detail Oriented: You take pride in making sure the job is done right.

Reliable: Able to multi-task and meet daily deadlines.
