Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field - Proficiency in Technical Support and advanced Troubleshooting processes
- Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to manage and prioritize different types of customer queries effectively
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience in Customer Support with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist international clients
- Ability to work on-site in Karāchi
- Prior experience in technical support, help desk, or IT-related roles is preferred
