Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum
    Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and advanced Troubleshooting processes
  • Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize different types of customer queries effectively
  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience in Customer Support with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist international clients
  • Ability to work on-site in Karāchi
  • Prior experience in technical support, help desk, or IT-related roles is preferred
