About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to help our clients with their IT needs. This is an on-site position for someone experienced in IT, networking, and troubleshooting servers and computers. You should also be comfortable working with Azure, Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), Microsoft licensing, VoIP, and PBX phone systems. Strong English communication skills are important.
What You'll Do:
- Provide Support: Help clients with IT and networking issues.
- Fix Problems: Find and solve hardware and software problems quickly.
- Work with Clients: Talk to clients, understand their issues, and guide them through solutions.
- Keep Records: Document the issues and solutions you provide.
