Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in Technical Support and advanced Troubleshooting processes
Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ability to manage and prioritize different types of customer queries effectively
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience in Customer Support with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist international clients
Ability to work on-site in Karāchi
Prior experience in technical support, help desk, or IT-related roles is preferred
