The Technical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch telephonic, remote desktop, and on-site support for our product range. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will also be expected to assist the sales team with product training, customer training, pre-sales support, and system design. It is essential to always be up to date on product knowledge and stay updated with the latest advancements within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

o  Provide telephonic, remote desktop, and/or on-site support to customers experiencing technical issues with our product range.

o  Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.

o  Identify trends and shortcomings within the customer's technical team's knowledge and arrange or recommend suitable training.
