We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, understands business requirements, and can bridge the gap between clients and the tech team.
- Speak with clients to understand their requirements clearly
- Translate business needs into actionable tasks
- Coordinate with the tech team verbally and through ticketing systems
- Track issues and ensure timely resolution
- Configure and implement client requirements within the system
- Build and customise pages using low-code tools
- Work extensively on Excel for data handling, reporting, and migration
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
