Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid)

Salary: €40,–€60, base + 5% annual bonus + equity + full Irish benefits

The company is building a brand-new Customer Support team (Product Experts) in Dublin, and they're looking for German-fluent Customer Support Specialists who thrive in fast-paced SaaS environments and care deeply about customer success.

This is not entry-level support. You’ll be supporting scaling EMEA businesses, handling complex product and technical queries, and acting as a trusted partner to company's customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Become a product expert on the company's platform and its ecosystem
  • Provide high-quality support via email and live chat to German-speaking customers across EMEA
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and SaaS-related issues, including escalations
  • Support customers with non-technical questions (marketing strategy, e-commerce setup, sales workflows)
