Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated
Level 1 Technical Support Technician
to provide onsite IT support to employees at our Calgary office. This role requires fluency in
English and French
to support our bilingual workforce. The successful candidate will provide first-level troubleshooting, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    first-level technical support
    for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Log all incidents and service requests into the company ticketing system.
