Providing high-quality support to customers via multiple channels, including chat and video calls;
Resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner using your extensive knowledge of our product's features and functionalities;
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback;
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Customer Support position within the Saa S or IT industry;
An excellent understanding of API integrations, Whats App API, or Agentic AI;
Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills;
