This role focuses on delivering outstanding technical support through phone, Zoom, and email. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting for Lightspeed’s customers and improving the customer experience by collaborating with Product and Development teams. You'll ensure team alignment with product updates while managing customer issues efficiently.
