Role Description

This is a full-time role for a
Technical Support Specialist
. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing application support services to clients via our support system, email, and sometimes WhatsApp.
  • Helping customers set up the product, and participating in product demos and trainings.
  • Alerting the development team about complaints and incidents.
