Join VoltX Energy as our Technical Support – SME and become the technical detective behind our solar and battery solutions. In this customer-facing role, you'll diagnose and resolve complex system issues remotely, using deep product knowledge and analytical skills to keep our customers' energy systems running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve technical support tickets via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot system issues such as non-reporting systems, performance alerts, inverter faults, and battery communication errors
  • Perform remote diagnostics using monitoring portals, diagnostic software, and system logs
  • Interpret error codes and performance data to identify root causes and solutions
  • Create clear, step-by-step action plans, including resets, site visit coordination, or warranty/RMA initiation
  • Act as the final technical validation point before escalation
