TSR/CSR (Voice Support)


Night Shift | On-Site | BGC, Taguig

We're looking for TSRs/CSRs with at least 1 year of BPO voice experience supporting US or English-speaking clients. If you have strong English communication skills and enjoy handling calls and coordinating support, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and create support tickets
  • Route calls to technical teams and prioritize urgent/VIP issues
  • Update customer details and monitor ticket queues
  • Provide timely updates to global clients

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year BPO voice (CSR / Tech Support)
  • Experience with US or English-speaking customers
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Willing to work night shift and on-site
