Job Description

I am looking for a Technical Support Representative who will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, ensuring the optimal performance of their data center infrastructure. Your primary duties include (but are not limited to) the following:
Responding to client inquiries and technical issues via tickets, emails, and possibly calls
Diagnosing technical issues and identify the appropriate team/s to which the problem should be routed
Documenting activities, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Participating in proactive measures and emergency response procedures as needed
Assisting clients with other relevant concerns
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of data centers is strictly required
Experience in ticket management is strictly required
Experience in providing technical support related to data centers is highly preferred
