Job Description
The Technical Support Representative is responsible for providing first-line technical assistance to installers, distributors, monitoring partners, and customers using the Seenyor platform. This role focuses on troubleshooting, issue resolution, and customer guidance to ensure devices, applications, and dashboards function reliably. The representative acts as a key point of contact between customers and internal engineering and product teams, ensuring issues are clearly documented and resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to installers, dealers, monitoring partners, and customers via calls, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device installation, calibration, connectivity, mobile apps, and cloud dashboards.
- Assist users with account access, dashboard configuration, app setup, and basic system configuration in Seenyor OS.
