Your Day-to-Day:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a range of tech products and services.
- Handle technical inquiries, issues, and support requests from customers.
- Offer accurate information and solutions related to hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Process service requests and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of support interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
