Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with at least 6 months of BPO experience as a CSR or TSR.
• Can explain technical issues clearly to people without a tech background.
• Has great customer service skills and stays calm and helpful.
• Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City).
• Open to shifting work schedules.
• Can start ASAP.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, email, and chat.
• Provide technical support solutions for hotline agents, customer service centers, and onsite engineers, and create trouble tickets for unresolved issues.
