Job Description
The Software Support Representative is responsible for delivering:
- Provide best in class technical support & customer service
- Develop and deliver specific software material and training to coincide with software releases and customer needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer to seek answer and resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience in the BPO industry, particularly around customer relations and technical supports
- Experience in high performing teams, tools and processes
- Experience in handling Australian markets is an advantage
- Proven decision-maker.
