Job Description

The Software Support Representative is responsible for delivering:

  • Provide best in class technical support & customer service
  • Develop and deliver specific software material and training to coincide with software releases and customer needs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to seek answer and resolution.


Qualifications

  • Experience in the BPO industry, particularly around customer relations and technical supports
  • Experience in high performing teams, tools and processes
  • Experience in handling Australian markets is an advantage
  • Proven decision-maker. Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences
