Role: Technical Support Representative (TSR)

Description

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding consumer electronics.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for sound systems.
  • Handle warranty concerns and general technical inquiries.
  • Identify and escalation priority issues to next-level support when needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Document customer interactions and issues in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to elevate complex issues when necessary.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and FAQs for end-users.
  • Possible weekend and split schedules.
