Role: Technical Support Representative (TSR)
Description
- Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding consumer electronics.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for sound systems.
- Handle warranty concerns and general technical inquiries.
- Identify and escalation priority issues to next-level support when needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Document customer interactions and issues in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to elevate complex issues when necessary.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and FAQs for end-users.
- Possible weekend and split schedules.
