Job Description
The Software Support Representative is responsible for delivering:
Provide best in class technical support & customer service
Develop and deliver specific software material and training to coincide with software releases and customer needs.
Act as the voice of the customer to seek answer and resolution.
Qualifications
Experience in the BPO industry, particularly around customer relations and technical supports
Experience in high performing teams, tools and processes
Experience in handling Australian markets is an advantage
Proven decision-maker. Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences
