Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional service to students and instructors.

Schedule & Availability:

  • Work-from-Home Eligibility: Available after 3 months, upon meeting all required performance metrics.
  • Shift Duration: 9-hour shifts, including a lunch break.
  • Flexibility Required: Rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support via Zendesk or Salesforce through email, instant messaging and support tool.
  • Review proctoring sessions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in organizing customer-related data and communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: At least college level
  • Experience: At least 1 year of technical support experience.
  • Experience with chat-based customer support is a plus.
