Technical Support Representative

Job description

• Investigation of security incidents at testing centers in PSI's global testing network
• Manage all service requests for maintenance, repairs, and updates to PSI's video surveillance systems
• Assist the PSI test center audit program, which seeks to ensure all testing centers maintain the highest level of test security and compliance with PSI rules and regulations
• Provides reports regarding site auditing and security incidents daily
• Works and communicates effectively with all levels of management and maintains the confidentiality of all issues
• Provides for all paper and pencil exam requests by delivering exams securely as directed by clients

Experience/Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or related work experience may be considered
