Provide administrative support to the technical team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating technical documentation.
Assist in maintaining and organizing databases, project files, and system records.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track the progress of technical projects and tasks.
Prepare and manage purchase requisitions, inventory records, and equipment logs.
Monitor support tickets, track issue resolution progress, and escalate as necessary.
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with IT for resolutions of technical issues.
Create and update user manuals, technical guides, and internal SOPs.
Ensure compliance with company standards and data accuracy across all documents and reports.
