Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the technical team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating technical documentation.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing databases, project files, and system records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track the progress of technical projects and tasks.
- Prepare and manage purchase requisitions, inventory records, and equipment logs.
- Monitor support tickets, track issue resolution progress, and escalate as necessary.
