Position Overview:
The Technical Support Representative provides customer-facing technical assistance and L1 Site Reliability support for the OpenClaw platform. This role handles troubleshooting, incident triage, monitoring, and first-level diagnostics to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction. The position requires strong technical support call center experience, networking knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and willingness to work graveyard shifts supporting global customers.
