We are looking for Call Center Agents to join a fast growing account in Davao City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
